- HPHollie PrinceMay 16, 20261.0We were waiting over 20 minutes at the counter after the drive through closed, it wasn't busy, there's 5 staff. All visibly doing nothing, like they was all too scared to serve us. Doing everything they can to look busy (busy being putting pieces of paper down and feeling handles). A woman finally came to serve us and told us she couldn't do our app order and could do an in store order, after we cancelled the app order she LEFT, without taking our order there. And when they did make the food, it's was at a comedic slow pace. And even with the slow pace, they still managed to only get a quarter of the cheese slice in the burger. And the counter was filthy, also with a dirty rag slopped on top of it. They didn't apologize for the wait. Just called the number quietly and ran off so there was no interaction. I love McDonald's usually, but I'm actually gobsmacked with how awful this service was. Go to any other place than here it's so awful.

Staff was touching all different ingreedients and no gloves in sight. No interaction was poor as well. Not going to be using mcdonalds soon

Service was quick and the food was good. There are crayons and colouring for the kids. The outdoor climbing frame has been removed though unfortunately.
